I just got a call from someone saying they’re from HMRC, threatening legal action and claiming they’ve already sent documents to my house. It was one of those automated calls that made me press 1 to supposedly talk to an agent. Total scam, no doubt about it. Legitimate government departments don’t ring you up like that, especially not from a mobile number. Stay wary, folks!
