Caught them out good, VoIP spoofing is laughably easy to crack if you're half decent and a bit irritated. It’s like trying to lock a door that’s just thin cardboard. I tracked every single location back to its source, grabbed some CCTV snaps as proof, and then sent everything off to CIS for them to deal with. Cheers, /Rehza

Got a weird garbled message from an unknown number, no clue who it was from at all.

I picked up and there was this music playing like I was on hold. They asked for me by name and said the call was being recorded for training and quality checks, asking if I was alright with that. When I asked what it was about, they said they wanted to ask some questions and had offers to share. I just said cheers and hung up straight away, then blocked the number. This makes the third time this company has called me, all from different numbers in just a few days.
