I've been getting calls like this from loads of different numbers, all with the same automated message from a Chinese-accented voice. They say something about a DHL package that supposedly hasn't been claimed yet, like it’s the final warning or something. After that, the voice switches to Chinese and I guess it’s just repeating what was said before. So far, I must’ve had about six calls like this, all from different numbers. Really annoying!
