Yet again some con artist tried telling me my DWP Winter payment’s getting stopped. Like I’d actually get a real letter about it - which I never did this week anyway. Plus, the DWP ain’t even open on weekends, so no way they’d be calling now. Honestly, if the DWP wanted to notify me, it’d be through a letter, right? But nothing showed up this week. Meanwhile, I’ve had loads of scam texts this year claiming the same rubbish, and it’s getting proper tedious now.

I've gone ahead and blocked that number, fingers crossed I won't get any more annoying scam calls from them. I did get a message once saying the number was out of service, which makes me think the block worked. Since then, nothing else has come through.
