I'm quite sceptical about this bloke's honesty. He insisted he was ringing from a housing disrepair team regarding issues I supposedly reported in my home. The thing is, I'm not even a tenant! Plus, I've never mentioned any damage. It all feels a bit off, if you ask me.

Got a call from someone saying they were from housing disrepair, but they used my old surname which sounded odd. When I said I wasn’t having any problems and asked them not to call again, they just dropped the call. Thought it was dodgy, probably a scam.
