Some woman with an Asian accent called, talked so fast I couldn’t catch her name. She said she needed my thoughts for a quick survey and it’d only take 30 seconds. I just told her I was busy and ended the call.

I got a call from a man with a thick Eastern European accent who sounded quite drunk. He kept asking if I was "Mister XXXXX." When I asked who he was, he just kept going, finally saying his name was "Vladimir." I then asked what the call was about, and he told me, "I am calling because I want to buy your wife." I had to ask him to say that again just to make sure I'd heard right, and he repeated it. I'm guessing he must have meant something else, but I couldn’t help laughing and told him I don't have a wife before hanging up. I’ve since blocked the number.
