Got a call from a woman’s voice on a recording saying I supposedly owed Amazon about £800. She said I could cancel the payment by using VISA or some “other” option if I called right away. The call kicked in as soon as I answered, so I didn’t catch the very start. I only caught that the amount was close to £800 and that there was mention of “another” payment method, but that part was a bit unclear. Total nonsense. Just to be clear, I don’t owe Amazon a penny.
