Today I received a weird text claiming to be from Royal Mail. It said I needed to pay some kind of charge for a second attempt at delivery or something like that. Definitely a scam trying to trick me.

Got a text from someone pretending to be Royal Mail saying I needed to pay £2.99 for extra postage on a parcel I supposedly had. The message had a link to click and pay so they’d deliver the package. But I checked Royal Mail’s official site and it clearly states this is a scam. They never ask you to pay via a link like that and always tell you to use the reference number through their official website, which these scammers didn’t provide. Stay cautious!
