Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Sky, saying I was owed a refund for some service we never even had. She tried to get me to give my date of birth, postcode, and loads of other details. I cut her off and said if there’s any refund coming, it can be sent by cheque through the post. After that, she just hung up on me.
