I received a call from an Indian woman purporting to work for Sky, insisting that I was owed a refund for something I never even subscribed to. She started asking for my date of birth and postcode along with a few other personal details. I cut her off and told her that any refunds should be sent my way via cheque through the post. At that point, she abruptly disconnected the call.
