Got a call from some 'National Booking Service' supposedly in London, they said they were inspecting my old spray foam insulation. Asked them when it was done or who did it, but they had no idea. Bit odd if you ask me.

It took them a minute to realise I’d actually picked up. They asked for my elderly mum’s name, so I told them I was her daughter and asked what they needed. Then, just like that, they ended the call. Heard loads of people chatting in the background - maybe it’s some call centre?

Got a call from someone claiming they were from an energy firm and said a surveyor was nearby doing checks. Felt fishy, probably just a scam trying to trick people.
