I got a text from this number saying something like "PayPal: Suspicious activity detected, please go to [#]user-idXXXXXXX[###]?p=4 to unblock your account." Tried calling back but the line went dead. Then I logged into my PayPal and everything looked normal, no alerts or anything. Feels like a phishing scam to me.
