Got a couple of voicemails not too long ago from someone claiming there was a snag with my latest 02 bill payment. Thing is, I haven’t been an 02 customer for over five years now. Quite confusing!

I’m not even with 02, but they tried to get me to update my details because supposedly they couldn’t take a payment from my bank. Quite strange really.
