I've had calls from this number quite a few times over the past few years. It’s always some recorded message saying HMRC sent me an important letter back to them and now they're threatening legal action. They ask you to press 1 to sort out a payment and stop the court stuff. Total scam though, as I haven't got any debts with HMRC. Plus, I doubt they’d actually ring you on a mobile like that if you owed money - more likely you’d get bailiffs knocking on your door instead.
