Getting calls two times a day, and there's some kind of background noise but no one actually talks. It's really frustrating.

Honestly, next time you get a call like that, just don’t answer it. If all they’ve got to go on is your number, then don’t hand over any more info by chatting with them. It’s best to just let it ring out.
