They claimed to be from the bank's security team and said there were two suspicious charges on my card from businesses I've never dealt with. They told me to press 1 to approve the payments or 2 to talk to someone. I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call from 07424668502 the other day saying it was BT claiming my phone was being used in some illegal way. They asked me to press 1 or 2 to sort it out. Felt like a total scam to me, and I reckon they try to take money off you if you do. Definitely don’t trust it!
