Got a call from a bloke named "Harry" on the line, said he was ringing from "Amazon" but as soon as I asked what the call was about, he just dropped the call straight away. Sounds dodgy to me!

I was waiting for a parcel from Royal Mail and thought it would be delivered straight to my door, but then I got a message saying they’d tried to deliver it. The message said I had to pay £2.99 or else I wouldn’t receive my package. I’ve seen loads of scams lately, so I checked it out properly before doing anything. Once scammers have your card info, they can take whatever they want. These dodgy people should stop ripping off honest folks and find proper jobs! The message even looked like it was from Royal Mail, so be really careful with stuff like this.

Today, I got about 13 calls from numbers just like these. Every time, it was some automated voice telling me my National Insurance number's been cancelled, my internet will be disconnected, or that I'm connected to some crime. All of them sounded robotic, no real people on the other end.

Someone called me claiming to be from the Royal Mail, but it was obviously a fake.

I got a voicemail saying something like "This is HM Revenue and Customs calling," but it sounded fishy so I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away. There's no way HMRC would ever ring you from an unknown mobile number like that!

I didn’t pick up when 07427330444 rang and there wasnt any voicemail either. The call came through on my mobile and it showed an area from Leeds, West Yorkshire. After reading what people said here, I’m going to block them straight away. Cheers for the info!

I have no clue who was calling since the number's on the Lycamobile network, which a lotta people from other countries seem to use. The call was weird, just silent then they hung up, so I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be 'Comparison Crunch' who said they never call numbers on the TPS list. That’s nonsense because I’m definitely on it and still got the call. Honestly, EE, BT and the government could definitely step up their game to sort out all these spam calls.

Got a call from this kid who could hardly speak English and sounded super young, maybe 12 or so, trying to flog some gas boiler insurance. I only picked up because work was dreadfully dull, but obviously blocked them right after.
