Looks like a phishing call. The script was quite standard but had some twists, plus there was a new female voice I'd never heard before. They said they were from my bank's fraud team and told me there was a suspicious purchase earlier today. Apparently, someone had used my card to buy £120 worth of train tickets in Edinburgh. They asked me to press 1 to confirm the charge or 2 to get through to the City of London police. Total scam trying to nab bank details with a fresh spin.
