Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE saying I’d ordered an iPhone 17 on my account, which I never did. Then I saw a payment taken from my bank account by EE, so I got in touch with them straight away. They confirmed it was fraud and sorted out cancelling the order. The emails looked like they came from ee.co.uk, which made it all look genuine.

Says they're from Vodafone Customer Support, but I suspect they could be involved in some kind of identity fraud ring.
