I picked up and just heard some sort of background buzz, sounded like a call centre maybe. This is the second time I've got a call from this number this week.

Just got a call at around 8:15 this morning. There was a lot of noise like a call centre in the back, and the lady had a really strong Indian accent. I could hardly catch what she said at first, but I did hear her say something about a "refund". Then she wanted my birthday, so I decided to end the call straight away.

Got a call today from 07424340084, and the bloke said he was calling from Microsoft. I asked what he wanted, and he just started with "how are you?" I told him I’m fine, ta, and then he hung up. Pretty sure it was just another scam trying their luck.
