I saw a missed call from this number on my home phone and checked the voicemail afterwards. A recorded message was saying something like ‘There’s two unusual payments on your bank account, one to Amazon for £199 and another £800 sent via money transfer. To approve these transactions press 1…’ I didn’t listen any further and just got rid of the message. Earlier that day, I’d answered a call where a recorded voice claimed ‘This is bank security’. I hung up straight away and didn’t do 1471, so I’m not sure if it was the same number.
