Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me up saying he was from BT and there was something wrong with my internet security. He kept pushing me to let him show me the issue on my PC. I had a gut feeling it was a scam, so I said no and asked him to send me a letter explaining the issue instead, but he insisted I wouldn’t get it if it was in writing.
