Some bloke named Jeffrey with a thick foreign accent rang me claiming he was from BT. He said my broadband had been pinging error alerts to them. Total nonsense if you ask me. He even tried to run me through the "Forgot Password" steps, so I'd get a text with some PIN number. Turns out, that PIN is what they really want - it lets them get into your BT account, change the password and lock you out completely. Watch out for this one!
