A robotic female voice called me claiming to be from the bank’s fraud team. She said there were two dodgy transactions on my card, one was something on Amazon for some amount and the other an £800 charge from Zoom. They told me to press 1 if I’d made the purchases or 2 to speak to a security officer. I got the exact same call a few months ago so I recognised it as a scam straight away. Didn’t press anything and just ended the call. Hopefully this warning helps someone. Stay safe!
