When I picked up, some woman with a strange accent said she was from BT Outreach and said there was an issue with my phone. I told her if it was really BT, they'd ring me directly and then ended the call. Feels like a total scam to me.

Got a call just as I was having lunch. Answered it, and after a short pause, a woman with a very typical Western first name, but clearly Asian, said she was from Virgin Media…?? When I questioned her about it, she just cut me off straight away, no explanation given. No voicemail or anything left either… Yeah, not shocked at all. Pure scam or spam, for sure. Added to my block list instantly.
