Got a voicemail on my landline today from a lady saying there’s some suspicious activity on my card. She mentioned two charges, one for £99 supposedly from Amazon and another for £799. Then it asked me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to their legal team. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this on a few other numbers I’ve had. Pretty clear this is a dodgy scam trying to catch folks out.
