Got a call on my landline from someone who sounded like they were in a call centre. The chap spoke with an Asian accent and said his name was Steve. He claimed he worked for Domestic Services Insurance and said I’d been overcharged before, so they were supposed to refund me £139. When I said they could just send the money back to the bank I’d used to pay, he got a bit annoyed and insisted on getting my details - definitely fishing for info. Total scam.
