Got another call from those scam people in India. They started with the same nonsense about “unauthorised fees” on my credit card. When I pressed 2, it just repeated the message. Then some bloke with an Indian accent says he’s from the “Bank Security Department”. I asked him straight away which bank he was from, since I’ve got cards from a few different ones. After that, he just disconnected. Typical.

I got this phone message saying it was from my bank security team. Apparently, there were two transactions made with my card today - one was £299 at Amazon and the other was £799 on some international money transfer site. The caller said these might be unauthorised and asked me to press 1 if I never did these or press 2 to speak to the security department. I just ignored it, recorded the message and reported it as spam. It sounded dodgy to me.
