Got a call from someone called Harry claiming to be from BT (we don’t have BT) telling me my IP address switched from public to private. What really freaked me out was he knew loads about me and I even got a text with a PIN on my phone. Definitely doesn’t seem legit - we stopped using BT ages ago.
