Got a call from a woman claiming to be with Bank Security Services, saying there were two large payments on my card - one around £350 and another over a grand - to businesses I’ve never bought anything from. She told me to press 1 or 2 if I wanted to deal with it. I didn’t press anything. When I checked, none of those payments showed up on my accounts. Definitely a scam.
