In just half an hour, I've had two calls from different numbers but the message was exactly the same - they'd charged £199 on my car via Amazon and £899 for Zoom without permission. They told me to press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to the fraud team... Thing is, this number is for a business and we don’t have any cards linked to it.
