Got a call earlier from a guy with an Asian accent, said his name was James and that he worked for BT Open Reach. He told me there was something wrong with my internet connection. Since I’m not a BT Open Reach customer, I just politely told him thanks but no thanks and hung up. Never heard that BT would ring from a mobile number, let alone one on the Lyca Mobile network. Seems pretty dodgy to me, definitely a scam.
