Around 9:45 this morning I got a call from this number. The caller claimed to be with BT and said they were doing some work on the network and needed me to reset my router. Then they asked me to grab my mobile phone. I told them I didn’t own one. They seemed surprised and said, “You don’t have a mobile?” I just repeated, “No, that's right.” They hung up straight away, which didn’t really shock me.
