Classic bank fraud attempt. It’s always a recorded voice saying something like "This is bank security calling. Your account has been charged twice, once £199 from Amazon and another £899 from Zoo, or something like that." I get these calls all the time but always from different phone numbers, so blocking them doesn’t help much.
