Today a woman claiming to be from BT called me, and honestly, she sounded quite threatening. She told me my internet security was way below standard. When I asked if she was genuinely a BT employee, she got quite nasty. I told her I didn’t believe she was actually from BT, and she got really annoyed, insisting she could show me proof she was legit. The whole conversation felt pretty aggressive and harassing.
