Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, telling me my broadband had to be linked to a different server or I'd be without internet for a few days. They told me to open my device and type www.anydesk.com into the browser search. They also asked me to confirm the last two numbers of my mobile, which they got right, then my phone got a text saying something like, "Hi, this is BT. Your PIN is ####. Use it only once. Cheers." When I asked why they needed to access my computer, the caller just hung up on me.
