I picked up but stayed quiet, then they just ended the call after a few seconds. Pretty sure it was just a spam number.

Got a call from a woman with an accent, she hesitated a bit before replying. She said she was from BT and wanted to check my internet connection. Mentioned something about switching to fibre. Then she asked me to look at some coloured lights on my router via the computer. That’s when I felt something was off and ended the call straight away.
