Just got a call from someone pretending to be from BT, trying the old internet scam. The lady on the phone had a thick Indian accent and said they’d found loads of problems with my internet because of hackers targeting my IP. I told her I was shocked that this trick still fools people these days. She tried to brush it off at first, but when I didn’t fall for it, she started swearing! I told her that wasn’t on, and she ended the call straight away.
