I've received numerous calls from this number, but each time I pick up, there's just silence on the other end. When I've attempted to ring them back, I get diverted straight to voicemail, regardless of whether I try during the day or night. It's rather peculiar!

Got a call asking for my dad, who’s been gone for like three years now. Apart from using his name, they rushed through everything so quick, I had no clue what the purpose of the call was. Good luck trying to get anything out of that!

They had my name, approximate age and address and claimed they were from the Energy Advice Service doing free surveys around here. They talked about insulating the roof but when I asked detailed questions they either couldn’t or wouldn’t give me answers. Told me to google something called "Lapolla" to check it out myself.
