I recently got a text message claiming to be from Royal Mail, stating I had a parcel that couldn’t be delivered. The message included a link to what appeared to be a legitimate site. However, upon entering my address, it prompted me for payment information. I took a peek at the official Royal Mail website, and it was clearly different-not only does it use a different URL, but they also never ask for payment for redelivery. Moreover, Royal Mail would leave a card to inform you about a failed delivery instead of messaging you directly, and there's no way they would know your mobile number without breaching data protection. Definitely a scam!
