Got a random call today saying my Amazon Prime free trial was about to end and I'd be charged £79.99 unless I cancelled it. When I said I wanted to cancel, they asked me to download some app on my phone to get a cancellation code. I told them I wasn’t at home and it wasn’t a good time to do that. They kept pushing for a better time to call back. I said I'd just sort it out on the website myself, and they just hung up. For the record, I don’t even have Amazon Prime. Watch out, even if you do, this sounds like a scam.
