I just got a rather peculiar phone call from someone asking how we planned to cope when our BT service gets terminated. I informed her that we don’t actually have BT, to which the caller, a lady named Michelle, insisted that everyone is, in fact, with BT! She claimed to be calling from Charterhouse, but when I probed a bit further, she abruptly ended the call. Very odd, if you ask me!
