I’ve been getting calls from this number as part of a group of scam numbers linked to a company in India running a bitcoin scam. They tried to get my bank info by pretending to be a bank that deals with bitcoin transfers. The odd thing is, the name they gave me matched info apparently leaked from Amazon. This scam is especially tricky for older folks who might not know what bitcoin really is or that it’s not an actual bank. I’ll be posting this warning on any other numbers they ring me from as well.
