I picked up the phone and after a long silence, someone finally spoke in a really strong accent and asked for me by name. I asked who it was, and he said he was Peter Wilson from Amazon. I told him that his number didn’t look like it was from Amazon, and guess what, he hung up straight away. They did the exact same thing to me last year. I’m really curious how they managed to get my info in the first place.
