Just got a message from AO as well saying "Hi from AO, yesterday you chatted with our Advisor Anthony. Could you describe our advisor in one word?" Funny thing is, I've never even been a customer or spoken to anyone from there! Not really sure what they think they're doing with this.

Got a call from someone called Rachel claiming to be with AO, asking me to give feedback on their service. Trouble is, I've never had any dealings with AO at all!

Got a message saying it was from AO asking me to review a customer service call from yesterday. Thing is, I never called them, and I'm not even one of their customers! Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
