I've just had a message from them as well, saying “Hello from AO, you had a chat with our Advisor Anthony yesterday. In just one word, how would you rate our advisor?” It's quite baffling really, as I’ve never been their customer nor had any conversation with them! What exactly do they think they’ll gain from this?

Claimed to be calling from AO and requested my feedback on their service (Rachel). However, I haven’t had any conversations with AO at all!

I recently got a text message purporting to be from AO, asking me to provide feedback on a customer service call that allegedly took place yesterday. The thing is, I hadn't made any such call the day before and I’m not even an AO customer. Quite odd, if you ask me.
