I got a call from a woman with a Filipino accent claiming there were problems with my internet. I quickly said it was a scam and hung up. Later on, she tried ringing my landline too, which I later found out others had flagged as a similar scam here. It’s really irritating and could cost someone who believes it a lot.

Got a ring from this number earlier, some bloke claiming he was from a vaccine team or something, chatting about some scam involving a different company. I could hardly catch what he was saying since he kept cutting me off. Told him I’d call the cops, and he goes, "They already know about this." Didn’t fancy wasting any more time, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away. No clue where this number is from or how they got hold of my phone. If anyone has any idea, please share!
