The caller claimed to be from EE when my husband picked up. He told them he doesn’t own a mobile or a computer. The guy on the other end rudely asked, “What planet are you on?” really unprofessional behaviour if you ask me. Just to be clear, my husband really doesn’t have either, and he was actually with me when he took the call on my behalf.
