I got a call from a recorded message saying it was from the “Visa Fraud Team,” warning me about two big charges - one for about £400 from Amazon and another over £1000 for gift cards. The message told me to press #1 if I didn’t know about these transactions so I could talk to someone. When I pressed, a woman answered but as soon as I told her I don’t actually own a Visa card, she just hung up on me. Definitely looks like one of those phishing scams to me.
