this guy said he was ringing from the electricity company's refund team. I asked if it was a mobile number. told him i'm on the TPS so they shouldn't be cold calling me and asked to take my number off their list. He kept saying "so you’re refusing the refund then?" I then asked if he was calling from India and he said no, from central London.
