I got a call supposedly from "Amazon Customer Services" with a robotic voice telling me to hit 1, 2, or 3 about a charge of around £1200 for an order made yesterday. Each option was meant to do something different. Pretty sure it’s one of those scams where the automated call tries to hook you and then pass you onto a fraudster. Absolutely avoid pressing any numbers. They could sneak in extra fees, steal info, or scam you in some other way.
