I rang them back and managed to speak to a person who claimed it was a customer feedback survey for a loft insulation firm. Since I recently had some loft insulation done, that could be accurate. However, he mentioned he wasn’t actually part of that department, so we just ended the call there.

My dad's phone got a call from 07418607262 and the person asked if I was Mrs L. I told them I wasn’t, then they just said oh and ended the call straight away. Seems like they were looking to speak to my dad himself. I’ve blocked the number now.

Over the past three days, there’s been like 7 calls from this number. Since I’ve got my phone set to mute calls from numbers I don’t know, I haven’t a clue who they are. Definitely not expecting a nice chat though. They even left a voicemail by mistake, sounded like one of those call centre things.
